Why do we provide these services (Photo-Directory) to our local clients?
A. To overcome problems we've heard about other methods:
- compromising member relations by subjecting them to a sales-force and the process of purchasing photos
- limited time-frames to get pictures ( ie. week-nights)
- inconvenience of creating an additional appointment time for taking photo
- taking time to dress-up (again)
- office staff or volunteers have to do a lot of work arranging appointments, doing follow-ups, and providing information
- long time-span between taking photos and receiving directory
- not practical to do annually with current methods - we're hearing the (dreaded) average of three years ! (Oh, there's plenty of new faces in that time, some of which have come and gone...)
