Local booklet printing and binding.  Using EZ Directory Maker software,  existing data is imported, photos are associated with contacts or groups, booklet reports are generated for professional printing.  EZ Directory Maker is optionally available for installation with your data for immediate report reproduction ( addendums ).

    Preparing Existing Data

One of our technical staff will be dedicated to work closely with your staff (optionally on-site) exporting data and importing into software to create the photo-directory. 

    Creating and Grouping Images

 Specific and simple training will be given to your staff on how to create images (if needed) and how to electronically label the images for importing into our software.

    Mock Directory Created

Images and group data will be run through our report generator, intermediate files created, and hard-copy photo-directory printed for your editing.

    Final Directory Created

Changes from editing will be made, a final rough-draft created for your approval to have professionally printed and optionally bound.

    Professional Printing

Color, black and white, glossy, binding and other options that have been specified will be taken to our printing partners to create the quantities you have requested.

    Delivery

Our average production cycle, from final approval through printing is approximately one business week.
